Richmond, among many things, is known for its variety of food choices. When my husband, Matt, and I first moved here a little over three years ago we were overwhelmed to say the least. However, we have quickly eaten ourselves into a state of confidence.

We found Stuzzi just around the corner from our apartment and have quickly fallen in love. They serve traditional Neapolitan pizza from a wood fire oven. Oh, and of course a wine bar. We recently went with a couple of our friends and I had the Quattro Formaggi which features a white alfredo-type sauce with four different kinds of cheese. I put red pepper flakes on top that were grated down to perfection. Absolutely delicious.

This place is great for a semi casual dining experience… Or if you are just looking for a nice glass of vino.
