Nothing screams Fall quite like apple cider… and nothing screams a good time in the Fall quite like SPIKED apple cider! Yeah someone put rum in the cider and made it a good time. Props to them.
This is so delicious. It’s perfect for a Halloween party or a trip to the apple orchard. OR, if you’re Boardwalk Empire fans like us, you can imbibe this cocktail while enjoying the shenanigans of Nucky Thomspon. All three options sound superb to me.

Ingredients
1/4 gallon apple cider
1/2 cup dark rum
1/2 cup cinnamon schnapps
Directions
Mix all 3 ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Once steaming, serve and enjoy!
You can also mix the ingredients in a pitcher and serve over ice. Both ways are delicious!
