I just about died when I saw this book coming out a couple of years ago. I have been, and forever will be, an avid fan of Audrey Hepburn. What’s not to love about her? She is my style icon and my go-to- gal for good movies. If I ever get the ‘mean reds’, Breakfast at Tiffany’s or Sabrina can always turn my mood around.
This book paints a beautiful picture (literally and figuratively) of the life of Audrey Hepburn. Written as a children’s book, it goes through each phase of her life and how she handled everything with style and grace.
The writing is beautiful and the pictures are stunning. I’ve read this book over and over again since getting it… I just can’t put it down! I could look at the pictures all day!
I snagged my copy at Anthropologie (their book collection is fabulous) but you can find it just about anywhere. To see more work from the talented illustrator, Julia Denos, head on over to her blog and check it out!
