My Current Literary Obsession:
One Day

This has to be my favorite book that I’ve read in a long time. Refreshingly real and quite the tear jerker. The premise of the book is a couple that meets one day. The book then catalogues their life on the same day each year, so each chapter picks up on the same day the next year. This definitely keeps the book a great page turner. I read the whole book in about a day.

I just loved this books overall characterization. I felt emotionally connected to both of the main characters. I’m so sad the book is over. I am definitely one who gets attached to characters! Pathetic, I know.
