Ok….are you ready for a serious, can’t catch your breath cry? This book is a serious tear jerker. I’m getting a lot of book recommendations from my dear friend Linda and she loves a good tear jerker. For whatever reason….I’m kinda on her level these days. I read this book in one sitting. Could not put it down! It is about a woman in her early fifties who is diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s at the peak of her career. I love how the author shows the progression of Alice’s disease from Alice’s perspective. It is amazing to watch not only her mental progression, but also how her priorities change when every second counts. Ok, I am getting sappy over this book again! Seriously good read!!

Planning for Paris 
I read this shortly after the dr began using Alzheimer’s for my mom’s mental state. The book gave me great insights about what might be happening in her mind. The author has written another book, Left Neglect.about a woman who couldn’t see anything on her left side. Google it. Another fascinating read.
