Columbus, Moving, Richmond

20121212-064757.jpg

….Matt and I are moving to Columbus, Ohio! We are freaking out a little because we are moving him there in just one short week! I am finishing my school year and then joining him.

After four years here, it’s going to be hard to leave Richmond…this is where we first called home as newlyweds, life is certainly never dull here, but most importantly, we have made so many great friends here.

We are getting Matt a short term apartment to give us time to find a house. We drove up there last weekend and I think that was the first time I had ever been there aside from the turnpike. We need your help if you are familiar with the area AT ALL! We looked at houses in German Village, Westgate, and Short North. And by looked I mean we drove by since our focus really had to be on getting him an apartment. If you know the area, which is better? He is working in Grove City, so would need something around there…any thoughts would be much appreciated!

On the bright side…we will be closer to family! We are actually really excited for this move and has been in the works for awhile…it has been a struggle being so far from our families.

Words of wisdom are much appreciated on all fronts!

In the meantime, get excited because Richmond Treats is now just a smidge closer to Kansas City Eats!

Erin
