One of the sisters behind this crazy duo gets to open up a few more presents, have an extra glass of wine, and hopefully indulge in a slice of birthday cake today!

Happy Birthday, Erin! You are one special gal and I couldn’t be luckier to call you my bloggie partner, big sis, and best friend. You light up every room you walk into and you really are exactly like Kristen Wiig. True story. (If you’ve spent much time around Erin, you know her humor is spot on. She can make anyone laugh!)

You’re one of a kind. Here’s to you and your special day!

Good morning! Phew! We are back!! While I was thankful for all the extra bonding I got with my
Husband–that was stressful! Thank you for all the well wishes on our journey! Now, back to the goodies! Here is this week’s roundup of treats!

1. Fujifilm Instant Film Camera. I needed this like yesterday. I am the worst about getting pictures printed!

2. Leopard Flats.

3. NARS Blush in Gaiety.

4. Sugar Paper Mr. and Mrs. Cards. Only 5 months till Natalie and Tad’s big day! Also, big news. They now sell Sugar Paper at JCrew!!!

5. Dior Creme de Rose Soothing and Plumping Lip Balm. With these frigid temps a great lip balm is a necessity.

6. Tortoise Clutch.

Happy Tuesday!
Erin

Remember this amazingly talented family we talked about here, here, and here?

Well, they’re back. And cuter than ever. (In case you missed it before, read about this adorable family here!)

This season they’ve totally hit the spot… their videos are so creative, unique, and spark the innocence and creativity in all of us. (Get it? Olive Us? All of us? Love it.)

These kids. Man, they are destined for big things.

Click here to see their latest video! Maude takes a trip to Honfleur Harbor where she takes in its beauty, shares the history of its artists, and begins her own Honfleur painting.

Can we just move to France and become artists already? My painting skills are about at the level of finger painting right now but practice makes perfect, amIright?

Okay who wants to buy me a paint set?

Happy Monday! *Stay warm!

Natalie

*It’s -10 in Kansas City right now. I’m dying.

Top two images gathered from their website!

Warby Parker 1

Happy Friday, friends!

Gosh, we’ve missed you guys. The holidays are over (tear!) and the real world is happening again. If you’ve been one of the unlucky ones heading back to work this week, I hope it hasn’t been too terrible for you. Heading back to work after the holidays is for the birds.

Today we’re sharing with you a fabulous company that we absolutely love. Warby Parker is a company featuring eyeglasses and sunglasses. Since we’ve started the new year, I imagine many of your resolutions strive for a ‘new you’. (Check out our resolutions here and here). There’s no better way to start than with new glasses!

WP_H13_937_Crop

Side story: I love glasses. And I mean love them. I think they add so much character to a person. Ever since I was a kid, I longed for eye glasses and cursed the day I was given 20/20 vision. Since my eyes weren’t cooperating with me in middle school and high school, I often wore fake glasses from Claire’s. The day my eye doctor said I should start wearing reading glasses will go down in the record books for happiest day of my life. True story.

Ahem. Moving on.

Warby Parker 3

Warby Parker was founded by four friends who had an eye for design and a desire to change the world. What we love most about this company is that for every pair of glasses purchased, another one goes to a person in need. “We believe that everyone has the right to see”.

How fabulous is that? The glasses and sunglasses are so chic and the cause is wonderful… what’s not to love? Read more of their story here!

Below are a few of our favorites from their collections!

1. Nash- Whiskey Tortoise

2. Edgeworth- Sage

3. Durand- Saddle Russet

4. Aurora- Daughter of Pearl

5. Marva- Cobalt Leaf

6. Greta- Crystal

The top three are from their Winter Collection and the bottom three are from their Leith Collection. Which one is your favorite? I’d kill for the Marva sunglasses! So fabulous!

Happy Friday, loves! I hope your weekend is swell!

Natalie

P.S.- nervous about buying glasses online? No worries! Warby Parker has a free “Home Try-On” where you pick out 5 glasses online to try on at home! You purchase the one you want and send the other 4 back! How awesome is that?!
