Wishing my love a very happy birthday today! I believe some celebrations are in order tonight! His favorite dinner, favorite cake, and a sip of bubbly will be just what the doctor ordered!

Tad and nat

Happy Birthday, Tad! Wishing you the best and many more to come.

All my love,

Nat

1. Repurposed Apothecary Jar. Just bought this and absolutely cannot wait to get it!

2. Oh JCrew, why do you torment me? I have often contemplated working there, but honestly I would not be able to control myself. You are amazing.

3. I have been eyeing these shoes forever. I need to invest.

4. Spring is here, Spring is here, Spring is here!

5. Love these pillows.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day weekend!

Focaccia Bread 1

Okay so I’ll bother you for just a bit.

This bread is so so yummy and delicious. Tad is NOT a bread person (can you imagine??) and he loved this bread… so you know it’s good. The thing is, this bread isn’t very bread-y. It’s a no-gluten, no-grain recipe so it’s definitely a little different than the focaccia bread you’re used to. I’d say this is more omelette-y than bread-y (are you loving these made-up adjectives as much as I am?). It’s very light-weight and the consistency is a cross between an omelet and pizza crust.

My Current Literary Obsession:
One Day
By: David Nicholls

This has to be my favorite book that I’ve read in a long time. Refreshingly real and quite the tear jerker. The premise of the book is a couple that meets one day. The book then catalogues their life on the same day each year, so each chapter picks up on the same day the next year. This definitely keeps the book a great page turner. I read the whole book in about a day.

It’s usually a safe bet that if something has Kate Spade on it, I’ll love it. And I’ll love it forever.

Kate Spade has been a love of mine since middle school. I remember getting my very first Kate Spade hand bag (classic black with a rectangle Kate Spade label) and was over the moon. Since then, that feeling remains every time I come across a new Kate Spade find.
