Good morning!!  And happy almost Halloween!  I pretty much celebrate this holiday all month long by binge eating candy and watching Hocus Pocus on repeat.  This weekend  I am flying solo as Matt has jetted off to our dear friends’ wedding in Florida.  I am incredibly sad to be missing it, but with this baby on the horizon in less than 7 weeks, flying just wasn’t an option for me.  SO to cheer myself up, I have planned a mega girly, treat yo’ self, relaxing weekend.  Here’s what’s on the agenda starting at 3:30 today.

  1. Cozying up with pillows and lots o’ blankets is a top priority.  It is absolutely freezing in our house and Matt is a real stickler about that thermostat.  I’m sure he has an app that would alert him if I even walked passed it.
  2. Baking!  Tonight I am thinking pumpkin bread and tomorrow morning these pumpkin spice waffles.
  3. When Matt is not around I actually get to brew my decaf coffee and indulge in perhaps more than my one daily cup.  If I could, I would drink coffee all day long.  Mostly because I have a thing for coffee mugs.
  4. You guys.  How stunning is this chair?  I definitely have some lounging on the agenda this weekend and I certainly wouldn’t mind doing it in this beaut.
  5. I was wearing Essie Smokin’ Hot well before it was seasonally appropriate.  What can I say?  I’m obsessed.
  6. Cute matches and candles.
  7. I was down another three pounds at this week’s appointment.  Soooooooo I’m thinking I can indulge more than normal this weekend?  I want these pretzels!
  8. Cozy slippers are the first thing happening when I get home.  I cannot wait.

I also have high hopes of getting out to do a little shopping this weekend, but I am having a whole lotta trouble with my hips.  I am almost done Christmas shopping and I am determined to finish in the next week or so!  May have to resort to staying cuddled up and having it shipped.  But there’s just something about hitting’ the shops for the holidays!

So what about you all?  What do you have up your sleeves for the big holiday weekend?  Hope you have a marvelous weekend!
Erin

Good morning!  Today I wanted to share with you a line of products I am super excited about.  With baby peanut’s arrival in just a short three months, I am firing on all cylinders to pick the perfect products for them to use.  I have always been a product junkie, but I have never truly thought about the effect of the product on my overall health.  Now that I am responsible for making the decisions that affect the health of our little one, I have become pickier than ever.  So, when I stumbled upon an opportunity to host a Seventh Generation Healthy Baby Home party through their Generation Good Community, I immediately signed up.  Below are some snaps from the party I hosted for a few of my mommy friends!

Thanks to Seventh Generation, I was able to share some goodies with friends and stock up the house with quality products for a happy, healthy home!

  1. Free and Clear Baby Wipes
  2. Free and Clear Diapers
  3. Free and Clear Dish Liquid
  4. Free and Clear All-Purpose Cleaner
  5. Ultra Laundry Detergent
  6. Zarbee’s Naturals
  7. Bobble Water Bottle
  8. Green Toys Elephant on Wheels

And, I just discovered that you can save 30% instead of the normal 5% on Made to Matter subscriptions at Target (links above!).  Plus, I think you might be able to save an additional 10% if you opt for in-store pick up!  Score!

What are your must have healthy baby products?  This mama is all ears!!
Have a great day!

Erin

*I was chosen to host this party as part of a community and was sent product to sample and give out.  This is not a sponsored post, but I have included affiliate links. All opinions are always my own! 🙂

Headed out with some of my favorite Columbus bloggers for a little get together at Seventh Son Brewing.

Got the prettiest little envelope in the mail from Nennie with a save the date for a baby shower planned for peanut!  November, hurry up already!!  We can’t wait to celebrate peanut!

25 weeks!  These days I am feeling quite thankful for flowy tops like this one from Target.  And, bonus, all clothing, shoes, and accessories are buy one get one 50% off!

I purchased this band from Target as a means of helping to support my belly and ease some of my leg pain.  The best part?  This little hot/cold pack.  It is pretty much always in use.

Was kind of having a blah week last week so I treated myself to more flowy tops from Target like this one and this purse.  Sometimes you’ve just gotta treat yo’ self!

Made some Pumpkin Maple Pecan Granola the other weekend.  Plowed through it in a about two days so last weekend I made four batches.  Also made about 8 banana bread loaves to stock the freezer for when baby arrives!  Nesting much?

Y’all this weather.  I am that girl when it comes to fall.  I do not care.

We are 26 weeks and while I am pretty much feeling every bit of it, I look down or feel those amazing kicks and I know every second is worth it.  We love you little peanut!

So, what are you all up to?  Hope you are out there enjoying the weather wherever you are!
Cheers!
Erin

Good morning all! HAPPY FRIDAY!!! Eeek! It’s been a great week, but this mama could use a little r&r. For sure. Here are my little nuggets of joy that have left me smiling all week!

1. Not only is this candle visually appealing, it is lavender scented. Bring on the relaxation!

2. Dior Addict Lip Glow in Sheer Pink Coral. This looks divine.

3. I am a little worried about my next appointment on Monday. They may tell me to slow my roll a little. Sweets are my new thing. Dying to give this chocolate mousse a try.

4. This clipboard is perfect and a pretty reasonable price! Might have to meander over to Papersource very soon!

5. These pens I’m telling you, have magical powers. They have the ability to brighten any day.

6. Chloe Scallop Flats. Ok, so the only way to afford these beauties is to buy them used. And, of course, they are sold out. I am on the hunt for something similar. May just do a shoe post next week.

7. This sweatshirt cracks me up. Onesies, sweaters, and shirts with sayings seem to be the only gender neutral clothing I am finding these days. And I don’t hate it.

8. I am pretty much obsessed with June and January right now. Not real friendly in the gender neutral department, BUT they just launched their new blankets and I am dying. They look so soft and they are darling to boot!

9. I swear I can make these gender neutral. I bought a similar pair about two years ago, WAY before we were ever expecting because I cannot resist a striped shoe. I absolutely cannot wait to dress this baby!

Well, that’s it for me! Hope you all had a great week and found some things that made you smile! Have a wonderful weekend!

20150807-062150.jpgHappy Friday!! I kinda, a teensy bit, forgot how happy Fridays make me. For a little bit there, I was becoming blissfully unaware of what day it was.  With school back in full force, I am FULLY aware of what day it is and man am I glad it’s Friday!  Here’s what’s keeping me sane this week!

  1. This shirt describes my week perfectly.  I love what I do, but by the end of the day I feel like I have been hit by a train.

2. How darling are these paperweights?  Give me all the office supplies.

3. This refreshing mist seems like something I should have in my desk.

4. I have so many reasons to celebrate lately, so confetti is a must.

5. Ever since Ashley over at One Fine Day posted about Noble Carriage, I’ve been obsessed.  I have to have This Frog.  Why oh why is it sold out?!

6. Gotta have this sweater.  I might be bias, but I’m pretty sure this kid is already kinda the best.

7. YOU GUYS!  We felt our first kick!  I’m supposed to be writing this stuff down right?!  I think this baby book will do just fine!

Hope you all had a marvelous week and have an even better weekend!
Erin
